osdba and osoper roles

Hello,

During an install on Oracle 8.0.6 on HP-UX 10:20 I wanted to create seperate roles for osdba and osoper. The installer only asked for the osdba role, how can I invoke the osoper role? I tried editing the config.c file in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib but I cannot re-link the oracle executable. Can anyone help? the command I tried to use to re-link was "make -f ins_rdbms.mk oracle" but this gave an error.
