What command are you using to start listener? It should be "lsnrctl
start listerer_name" and the listener.ora file should have a set of
parameters for this name as well as the default. For better assistance
you will need to post the actual listerner.ora file.
Also both listeners can listen on the same port. It just depends on what you are trying to accomplish by having multiple listeners.
