querry question

I am looking for a way to select records and spool there information to an exceptions file that contain the same values populated within two columns. example- (roll# 2000 / Frame # 5 and roll#2001 /Frame#2)

Roll_# | Frame_#

2000            1
2000            2
2000            3
2000            4
2000            5
2000            5
2000            6
2000            7
2001            1
2001            2
2001            2
2001            3
2001            4
