I am looking for a brief summary of skills required to administrate an
Oracle Exchange application for a B2B website.

Does anyone out there work with Oracle Exchange, or know what training or
skills are required besides basic NT knowledge?

I know this question sounds vague, but I am working on a startup business
that may use Oracle Exchange, and need to know how to judge our technical
staffing needs.

Any comments will be appreciated!
