Greetings !



Running 8.0.5 under RedHat 6.1, using tcp, when I .........



        lsnrctl0 start



I get.............


TNS-00515 connect failed because target host or adapter doesn't exist
TNS-12560 protocol adapter error	
TNS-12545 connect failed because target host or object doesn't exist





Where can I find a "translation" as to remedy of TNS #s ?



Being a novice, where can I find a description of howto trouble-shoot
all this ?
