Using Forms, how do I insert MS Word Doc?

On the client, I'm running a Forms 5.0 application.  I know the name and
directory path to a MS Word doc.  Can I insert this doc into an Oracle 8.1.5
database?  Any pointers are greatly appreciated!!!
