Miss some parameters?!

Hi, all:

Oracle 8i for solaris 2.6

I read a book about Oracle 8.0.5, it said that there're some parameters like 'log_small_entry_max_size', 'log_simulatneous_copies', and 'db_file_simultaneous' in Oracle 8.0.5.

But I cannot find these parameter and their value from 'v$parameter'. Do these parameters still exist in 8.1.5? If yes, which view should I take a look for getting these info?
