Hot Backup on VMS

Has anyone used the hot_backup COM script that is provided in the
Oracle Press book "Backup & Recovery"?



I am interested in knowing if anyone has experienced any problems or
areas of concern.



VMS version 7.1 & Oracle version 7.3.2.3.2.
