Could anyone tell me what init. parameters cannot be changed after
the database has been created? I only know that db_block_size cannot be
changed.
Moreover, I found that some init. parameters begin with an
underscore "_" character. What is the difference between these paramters
and other parameters not begin with an "_" character?
