Enterprise has:
* Parallel Query options (Intra-query parallel)
* Connection Pooling
* Partitioning
* Enterprise Manager
* A MUCH higher price tag

We jsut did an analysis and decided that one of our servers was adequate
running "Standard" Edition and saved almost $250,000 in the first year
alone.

Enterprise is nice - but make sure you need tha additional functionality.
