Hi to the people's news,



I don't konw if it's possible to express the first decimal in the seconds,
for example the function:



TO_DATE('2000-03-29 17:37:20.0','YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS')


is incorrect, I need to know how I can do that,
