well... I find the ftp access crap as well. Good job they support resume.

Anyway best time of day seems to be around 7-9am GMT (thats 5 hours ahead of EST) to get things started. Even then it takes many attempt to get in and I only get 7-8 kps.

If Oracle want to themselves taken seriously for doing e-commerce for their own operations they are going to have to look at their ftp bandwidth.
