Well sounds like you got what you deserved for running an ERP program on NT.

I doubt your problem will have a quick-fix. If you've rebuilt your box, you'll need to reinstall Oracle.

If it now falls to you to reinstigate the whole system, why on earth DON'T you have information about your old Oracle installation!!!!!

You didn't even have a BDC or from the sounds of it a backup SAM file so basically you're toast and rightly so.
