Any one installed O8i and OAS4.0.8.1 for RedHat6.1...Please help

I have posted twice ask for advise and received none yet...

I was able to install O8i and Oas4081 for RedHat6.1 successfully O8i database up and running
Oas all services and listeners(admin/www) were up ...

appication/cartridge were created successully

netscape to accessing application/cartridge failed...

Please advises
