Limit lines from a query

I want to limit the lines from a query with GROUP BY
ORDER BY I want to select only the 10 greatest lines-

I fond only the following way

1. execute the query
2. take the 10th line
3. execute the query with a HAVING statement

It es possible to limit direct the lines from a query? Received on Fri Mar 10 2000 - 00:00:00 CST
