migration question

I'm current running 7.3.2 on Unix. I'm planning to upgrade. We have no plans to put this data on the Web. So my question, upgrade to 7.3.4 or go all the way to 8i. I'm sure of the advantages or disadvantages of either way (except that Oracle plans to de-support 7.3.4 later this year).

Thanks for any help you can give me.
