Hi Mike:

   This server has 512M of memory. The shared pool is 128M and there are 32000 block buffers of 4K. Sort area size is 4M and it's rare to see more than 20 users at a time.

   Also the job sometimes fails after a reboot of the server and an Oracle startup, when it is the only job running.
