If you don't have it already then get jre 1.1.7v3 from
www.blackdown.org. Then try again. I installed 8i EE on
Caldera's OpenLinux (kernel 2.2), and I had to do:
./runInstaller -h
Otherwise I was getting back to the prompt without any
warnings.
