An inconsistent HOT backup on an instance running in NOARCHIVELOG!!!!
Running hot backup precludes use of NOARCHIVELOG, you MUST run in
ARCHIVELOG.
That said: alter database open resetlogs and of course you will loose
everything that happened beyond the point you issue this statement, but
there seems to be no other option, the predictable disaster already
occurred.
