OAS 4.07 Cartidges and Dynamic Web Content

Hi,

From the documentation it seems that only the JWeb cartridge can provide the ability
to have dynamic content in an otherwise static html page. Specifically what I mean is
the ability to do using one of OAS's cartridges the following which I currently do with
HTML and JS:

have the submit action of a form trigger and update one of the form elements
without redrawing the page aside from that element.

I have 4.0.8.1 but not fully installed yet. Does this provide more options?
