Personal Oracle and Dev2000

I have a problem during installation (on a portable compaq presario with
windows98) of Personal Oracle 7.3 and dev2000 (forms4.5) :
if i use the same oracle home for PO and Dev2000 i get a fatal error during
Oracle installer process.


if i use 2 differents Oracle Home, The installation is in success.
How can i use Personal Oracle and Dev2000 in the same PC with 2 different
Oracle home ?
