I had O8i running on 128 with just the database (RH6.1 with 128
and a 256M swap).  The big killer was the install (the Java
install needs RAM).  I was not trying to hit it with OAS, but the
database generally is well behaved in smaller RAM spaces, unless
you have a huge amount of data.  OAS is a RAM hog from what I
have heard so it may tip over if you issue any large selects.
