Sometimes I find this message while trying to connect to Oracle8 server
database:

ERROR: ORA-27500: inter-instance IPC error
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:port_create failed with status: 134
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Transport endpoint is not connected
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgxpcini1

Please I will thank somebody to help me.
