When sizing datafiles based on raw volumes, how much free space should
be left? I was under the impression that you should leave 2 blocks
minimum free; but someone's suggested to me that this might have changed
with V8 (or maybe it's on NT or something).

All the documentation that I've checked sticks with the two blocks line,
but does anyone else have any other information that we might be
missing?
