Upgrading from 8.0.3 to 8.0.5

Hi,
How do i upgrade from oracle database version 8.0.3 to 8.0.5. The documentation is very confusing.

I have already installed 8.0.5 version but my database was created on 8.0.3. Now I am not able to do an export. It says Invalid version or something like that.

Any help will be appreciated
