Who knows Checkmap tool ?

I want to custom an Oracle 8.0.4 setup and I need the Checkmap tool because it can easily create a staging area. The Oracle Installer Programmer's guide describes its use.

But where can I find this tool ? (Oracle support doesn't answer my question)
