OPS to non ops dr

Hi,

I have Oracle(8.0.5) Parallel server running on sun cluster (Solaris 2.6) with 2 instances.
I want to go for DR site which will be non ops.

Is it possible, if so how?

The points I am considering follows:

What could be the Recovery strategy?
How can I recover, because in production system there will 2 threads of redo log file!

Any body showing light will be highly appreciated.
