In the documentation of Oracle8 and Oracle8i, there is a chart that
illustrates the relationship between the buffer size (db_block_buffers)
and the hit ratio, the chart says that you may increase the buffer size
and find that the hit ratio decreases, I think this is strange somehow,
Do any one know how this could happen.
