I've done this for a customer.

2 tips:
1) Tell every DBA around there to always use the MSCS control panel to start/stop the database, if you use svrmgr30 to stop the database, MSCS will detect a failure and restart the database. Your innocent DBA will try again and again until after 3 times the database looks halted, except that it now runs on the other node... 2) Use the supplied wizards to add an Oracle database to the cluster. Specially the generated dependencies between the resources are important.
