Oracle Management Server shut down automatically?

Oracle 8i for Solaris Sparc and Oracle Enterprise Manager 2.0.4.

Everything is fine except one thing: seems the Oracle Management Server will shut down by itself automatically after certain period. In the late afternoon, I issue 'oemctrl start oms&' to start. Everything is OK, include OEM, etc. But the next morning when I issue 'oemctrl status oms <admin>/<pass>', it said the Management Server has been shut down. But I'm very sure nobody touch this box except me.

What happen? How can I 'fix' this?

Thnx a lot!
