Log off Oracle connection within Web appl?

We run OAS 4.0.8.1 on NT server 4.0 with SP5. We have a web application that runs against a remote Oracle server 7.3.3.6 (no local database on NT). Does any one knows (and willing to share) any program/script that I can use for user to log off their Oracle connection without close all of their Netscape sessions?
