Oracle 7.3.3 and Solaris 7 - Strange drive errors

Every once and a while I get problems with;
1.  swapfiles - Oracle seems to dump them or lose contact with/ corrupt/



2.  The partition that oracle sits on - gets superblock errors daily



Any ideas.  Is there patches that I am missing?
