Oracle Internet Access

Does anybody have an experiance to connect to Oracle Applications 11 through the firewall. I have Oracle Web Application server 3.0.2. We use HP-11.00. Oracle claims that because Applications 11 are based on Forms 4.5 the connection cannot be done. Is that so?
