Hallo,



we are using NT4, SP6, Oracle 8.0.5, OAS 4.0.8.0.0
Microsoft IIS 3.0 (4.0)



Start of OAS will result Errors:



ERROR load of java library failed


YS::EXCEPTION::IOERR::FILEERR



No java environment



and



the log says, IIS is started, but it is not startet.
