        Hello,



I have installed Oracle 8.0.5 on a WinNT Server. First I install the
OAS 4.0.7 and it doesn't work. I run a deinstallation of OAS 4.0.7 and
then install OAS 3.0. All is running fine up to the point when I
create a DAD for my Database User. I got the error:



OWS-05566: DAD xxx submission failed due to error 3121
ORA-03121: No interface driver connected - function not performed



Does anyone know the problem. Hope you can help me.
