There is no init.ora anymore, this has always been init%ORACLE_SID%.ora, and
it has always been located in %ORACLE_HOME%\database. The same with
strt%ORACLE_SID%.cmd, which is always in %ORACLE_HOME%\database. If you want
to have a different initialization file you should first /*flame mode on*/
RTFM /*flame mode off*/ and use pfile=<the name of your init.ora file> in
svrmgr<xx>. Same for oradim<xx>, you should use the pfile parameter for an
initialization file with a different name.
