Help! Lost one of the controlf files

Hello
I screwed up one of my control files, and I was able to start Oracle with only one of them (I modified the parameter file to show only one). I did not know that you could start with only one, and how do I add back the second one (will have to create new)?

I know how to create one using alter database backup controlfile to trace. But how do I set a new name for the new controlfile
