Thanks for the reply, Neil. All I'm really after is a step by step guide written in plain English for a newbie DBA, rather than Oracle's hideous and ambiguous mess! The trouble is it doesn't tell you what to do when you get an error! I've followed it step by step but its just not playing ball. The error I'm currently getting is:
