Hi,

just look in the Alert-File, often called orclalrt.log or <INSTANCE_NAME>alrt.log which will be somewhere at ORACLE_HOME.

If you have any CHECKPOINT NOT COMPLETE entries there, you may have a problem with too small logfiles.
