monitoring memory usage

Hi,

I want to be able to see Oracle's memory usage. Platform I am running is Solaris 2.6. Basically, I want to be able to see all the Oracle background and user processes that are running. I do not have "pmap". What else is there? What about gui tools?

Need advice fast!
