OEM: 1.6.0 on Win95
RDBMS: 7.3.4 & 7.1.6
I have a problem with OEM. When I do an export Job, it runs just fine
on the remote server (I see a job being processed in the OEM job
queue)
But when I try to do an import (remote), when I come upon to select the objects I want to import, after having specified the remote file name, I see a message stating: jub submited, jobs started and I wait and I wait and I wait for maybe one hour and I never see the list of importable objects....
What is strange is that I never see a job being submitted in the OEM queue. And while the "job started" message is showing, the dbsnmp process on the oracle server is using almost all the CPU. I know from a UNIX truss, that is is reading the import file at this time but it never seems to come to an end...
Am I just impatient ? Or is that a bug ?

P.S: I did not log a tar on oracle tech support because I think my OEM version is pretty old. Is this the latest version available for 7.x databases ? I don't have oracle 8 yet (And I'm not in a hurry to install it either)
