Instance manager NLS error

Hello All,

Further to the problems posted at:

I am trying to create a new instance using the instance manager. I get the following error:

ORA-12705; invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified.

In the registry I have:

NLS_LANG AMERICAN_AMERICAN.WE9iso8859p1 (all capitals)

The pfile being used is just a copy one which is used on another database running on the same machine.

I think the problem is related to the failed Ora 8i migration I have detailed before (see URL).

Any clues folks?

Any pointers will very appreciated.
