Michel,
if you are running TCP/IP and if they are not going to change the IP address of the box, then you have no problems. I believe things will continue to run without problems.
If your TNSNAMES and LISTENER files are using the machine names instead, you will have to change all the client TNSNAMES and server LISTENER & TNSNAMES files.
Domain change should not have any effect on you.
If you experience problems check Control Panel services and double click on Oracle processes and make sure that they are not trying to authenticate through the old domain name.
As always a good backup would not hurt prior to the change...
