Client/server communication issue - PLEASE help

I'm running NT 4 server with Oracle installed. TCP/IP protocol parameters
are fine, but it fails when I try to install net8.



Can someone please point me to a procedure or somewhere in the net  where I
can get the steps to install net8. It seems that i have that I'm doing
something wrong here.
