OAS-newbie questions

Hi!!

I have installed OAS 4.0.7 on NT4 with sp3 everything works fine after reading on different boards and doing some changes. Now I want to make an new application, so that forms 6.0 can be used with oas...
The cartridge is up, but the application is down... I don't know why, I also set the hosts number to 1 instead of 0, thats what I made to bring the samples and demo application up.. but it didn't help.. Does anybody has had this problem too and can help me ??

The second is, that sometimes when I restart the application, because I changend one, Doctor Watson tells me that something is wrong with the 'wrks.exe' file...
when i open the task-manager i can see at least 8 or 9 wrks.exe processes running..
Can you help ??
