For Oacle, TOAD is by far the best there is. Has every feature you would want and has great GUI interface.
Also allows you to execute a command in SQL*Plus so you can use some SQLPLUS specific commands like copy etc.
We have used it extensiviely and now would not be able to do our job effectively without, it is that good and powerful
