I am evaluating Golden, GoldView and Pledit from Benthic. They are good
shareware tools.

TOAD features free and commercial versions. The tools are more robust than
the previous listed.

Quest also features tools for database tunning, pl/sql editor and more. A
very complete package for every Oracle developers.

I am installing an evaluation version of SQL Programmer, by Silvain Faust
Intl. It is powerful and easy to use.
I am about to choose this one for my company.
