Reporting from Oracle

Is there a good reporting tool that will use canned query output (ascii text) generated from sqlplus and interpret it and make it pretty. (simulating a pretty front end to unformatted sqlplus output)

Since we have canned reports we do not want to use a Reporting Tool that provides adhoc reporting capabilities.
