Custom installation scripts

Is it possible to customize the oracle installation routine for personal oracle 8 ? We have a sales force that we need to deploy an application that uses personal oracle 8 on their PC's. We'd lke to only install certain components (for example the database server and sql*net) using a batch file. Are there such a thing as command line arguments for the orainst.exe program ?
