SQL Load problem-please help

I am trying to load about a million rows into a table, when all of a sudden I get following error after 200000 rows:

SQL*Loader-605: Non-data dependent Oracle error occured - load discontinued.

I have done SQLLoad many times, but I have not seen this problem before. I don't think it can be space problem, since there is plenty of space and there is only one table to load.

Can anyone help.
